I had a fantastic experience working with The Ark Roofer, and especially with my main contact, Jeff Whitt. From the very beginning, Jeff earned my trust — he evaluated my roof quickly and then continued to follow up with me for several years (at my request) never pushing me to file a claim until there was truly enough damage. That honesty and patience is rare, and it immediately set them apart.

Pete was super communicative and sensitive to our needs based on some timelines we got from our insurance company for getting our soffit repaired. He got the job done and was flexible to ensure we got it done well before our deadline. He has come to my house every year we get hit by hail and year after year told me my roof is still in good condition and does not need a new roof.
