Apparently Arizona will no longer sell to builders. Rayburn Builders has used them for years in both granite and tile. Builders that like to accompany their clients through the selection process to ensure the customer gets exactly what they want. Or, have the clients designer accompany them as they pick their selections can no longer do that.

I placed an order scheduled for delivery in October, and when I finally went into Arizona Tile earlier this week to follow up, the experience was shockingly bad. I stood at the counter for over three minutes while the employees carried on a casual conversation with warehouse staff—no eye contact, no acknowledgment, nothing. A great experience, far above what you would get at Home Depot or Lowes. After trying to get our countertops at one of those stores, we hired a contractor who suggested we ditch the big box stores and go direct with Arizone Tile.
