We were greeted with a friendly associate as soon as we walked in. After we walked the warehouse and got some ideas Margaret was SO helpful. She knew her products and shared with us some great ideas. I would definitely go back and work with Margaret.

Welcoming staff, not pushy, very helpful. Easy to choose tiles with lighting and the way they display choices. I would definitely come back again.

Extremely helpful staff . Choices were limited for backsplash and the space is little smaller than how it looks from outside but they have huge warehouse. Overall nice experience .

From the beginning, the customer service was disorganized and unprofessional however the real issues began when our order of 5 quartz slabs arrived. One of the slabs was damaged beyond use.
