I have waited to post my review of this company with the hope they will actually honor their promises and warranties. So, after almost 4 months waiting for Ariva to not only repair/fix items discovered during the final 2 walkthroughs and by my home inspector prior to closing, most of identified issues/repairs continue to fall on Ariva’s deaf ears. They promoted their “great” warranty from day one.
