We signed a contract on 6.6.21 due to our home flooding with the freeze. Our home is in shambles and they have been nonresponsive for over a month now, after taking $70,000. Not even 20% of the work is done, my house is destroyed and we have had to seek legal counsel.
I also found out that they hire felonious criminals. They do NOT run background checks on the people that will be in your home.

4 years ago I had my roof replaced and they did a decent job. I just noticed a bump/lump so I went up and found that they had an issue during the install where they had to use roofing caulk to seal or repair something? Well water still got in and warped the plywood decking which caused the hump and the leak. I had a 5 year warranty so I called Hunter, the owner and he told me he is no longer in

Eric and company of arapaho did the fastest roofing job I ever saw. They started one morning and they were cleaned up an out by noon the very next day. The quality of the work was excellent. I looked at a neighbor's roof, done the same month by a different contractor and they had uneven surfaces. Mine was perfect.

Due to the early spring freeze, our home had a water line burst and caused extensive damage to our floors and our kitchen. I was referred to Arapaho Construction through a coworker of mine after our pipe burst from the Snow Storm in Texas. We had called another plumber before but he didn't know what he was doing, he cut up our walls and ended up not even finding the pipe. I called Arapaho Construction and the next day they were able to send someone over, he was able to find the pipe immediately! The pipe was fixed in
