The Aquabella distribution location in Carrollton has truly brought back customer service. I highly recommend them for a full selection of tile and stone products. If they don’t have local, they have no problem getting it.

Working with several tile companies - Aquabella is my favorite! And always recommend using Aquabella tiles first! Curtis is my Rep and I have worked with him for several years now. I want to say at least 5 or more. He is so helpful, responds quickly and goes above and beyond. He is always smiling and he truly cares for his customers.

Worst service I ever experienced, the persons in the front desk where the contractors pick material up are very rude and looks like they hate what they doing and the persons giving the products outside the same, they have the machines to load the material and they make me loaded by hand that’s very unprofessional and if I have the opportunity I would never came back

They sold me $400 worth of sealer. When I got home one of the bottles had leaked all over my car. It clearly had been opened or used. The top wasn't completely on and there was no seal. That one bottle cost $90. I have to drive with my windows down because the smell gives me a headache.

The girls in the front office were so knowledgeable and helpful! The selection of tile here is gorgeous - it does make picking just one very difficult. :)

I go there for tile orders. Everyone always has a great attitude. When I call in, they are very responsive and respectful. I'd rather buy tile here than noble.
