Ann Sacks tile gave our kitchen the WOW factor we were looking for. Absolutely stunning and unique backsplash for our dream home. Very professional and easy to work with. The showroom design team made it super easy from beginning to end!!!

Good news: their tiles are stunning & the design staff is inspiring.
Bad News: every tile shipment (various products, different deliveries) arrived late, smashed, or disappeared..,5 orders, 100% failure rate.
And now they mis-shipped an order for another customer to me. I have 388lbs of stone blocking blocking my driveway for 5 days.
Great marketing...0% of the $3,000 order arrived intact or

Fair warning. The product you spend thousands on looks nothing like the samples when it arrives. Then the company is no help once they have your money. Don't fall for this bait and switch. Maybe Anna Rae in Austin or Matthew Case in Portland will quit giving us the runaround. We'll see. Unfortunately our remodel is falling way behind schedule because of this ripoff. Disappointing.

Even though my project was small, Samara was wonderful to work with. Very patient and helpful. Not to mention the great selection they offer.
