These folks are problem SOLVERS. They know their stuff, which is a rare quality these days. I was happy enough with their solution to write this review now that my shower is fixed without replacing anything unnecessary.

Almost always very well stocked and always very helpful. Call-wait times are often bad but eventually somebody will get to you. Very knowledgeable staff too.

Great! Customer service was excellent. Needed a part for a specific application. Counterman was very knowledgeable and assisted me with a good work around for my situation.

Went in for a few parts and they offered no help, I made eye contact with two employees and waved for assistance and they walked away to back room.
