Gaige was an outstanding sales representative — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful / understanding throughout the entire process with all of the questions we had.

Had a great experience buying my first new build home with American Legend. Gaige, Chase, and Herb were all very helpful in assisting with the process, with great communication, and thorough follow through. A new development of legend home are coming up across the street from TriPointe. I'm definitely going to look. Too many trucks, monster trucks, obstructing sideways and fire hydrants, obstruction of views, suv's the size of busses, multiple cars parked in the streets, driveways and around homes 24 hrs. 3 car garage homes, tandem garage unable to park inside the garage because it's full of stuff
