John did such a great job finding complicated leaks in my house, he was super informative and communicated so clearly. He was very patient and took the time to explain everything along the way and at the end even drew a diagram for me to understand. He left the place even cleaner than it was when he got here! I highly recommend American Leak Detection (ALD) if you encounter any kind of water leak and can’t locate the source. We recently had a leak coming through the ceiling of our downstairs guest bathroom. Since we couldn’t identify the source, our insurance company sent ALD to locate it. I have used this company before on finding a leak in my pool. They then repaired the crack which was over 30 ,feet long. That was a little over 3 years ago and it is still holding up well.
