customer service girls sound like they just woke up. I called to get a appointment verified. At first they did not have me on the schedule. Second time after verifying with insurance, they all the suddin did have me scheduled. I asked to see if they could move my appointment up, because I didn't want plumbing issue to get worse. Laura- the call rep told me she would call me back. 20 minutes go by.

Henry, did an outstanding job helping us out to determine where the leak was coming from. We got into the attic and inspected everything. Insurance adjuster wanted to blame it on return values connected to the AC system. Henry was thorough and explained everything well to me the (Contractor) and to the homeowner. It was from the roof just like we originally thought. Great work!

This company. Firstly, it seems to be the only company that people use to find pool leaks, so they’ve got a hold on the market and their workmanship and timeliness seems to show it. They couldn’t find our leak and busted two holes in the slab before locating. Then, pool kept losing water. Another bucket test confirms there is still a leak.
