Went to claim my Ryobi warranty at American industrial supplies didn’t have my receipt gentlemen at the front desk was giving me a hard time but thank GOD he took my pressure washer took a lil longer but I finally got it replaced today ! Una muy buena experiencia even gave me a tip on what pressure washer to use

Its a authorized repair center for several tool companies like Milwaukee ryobi rigid and so on, they also specialize in industrial equipment and supplies and if they dont havevit they can get at a good price , plus they are reliable and dedicated to customer satisfaction

Worst service in town. They charge you 3.5% if you use CC. 25% restocking fee for a product they insisted it work in a Hilti drill, that didn’t fit in it. Don’t buy there, bad service, low quality merchandise.

Everytime i call for an update, which has only been twice in the span of about 3-4 wks or so, the guy who answers the phone is extremely rude! I will also be contacting RIDGID to let them know that their chosen “service centers” have horrible customer service!

Really bad service. I went to get my lawnmower fixed through the warranty and the man up front was very unfriendly from the start. I asked for a receipt and he said there’s no receipt. I asked him what was wrong with my lawnmower and he said idk I didn’t even read the note. Would never go back here for any kind of service.

The person in front to me was a little bit rude and didn't even wanted to help me on my milwaukee tool with warranty.....said that it look too damage and they were going to reject it .... milwaukee never rejects....
