Darla @American Carpets was terrific in providing the services for our Worship Refresh! She met several times with our team supplying carpet samples, color coordination and answering our many questions. Darla’s recommendations on product quality was much appreciated. Her follow through during construction was great.

Find Darla before you do anything else at American Carpet. She will simplify the shopping process and demystify the ins and outs of vinyl vs ceramic vs porcelain, etc. I walked in feeling overwhelmed by the options and unsure of what I wanted/needed. Darla listened to my requests, explained my options, and then recommended the products she felt were best for my home and office. The end result is b

We walked into this store and NOONE greeted us! Its not a very large showroom, so there is no reason to miss us, especially when we were the only ones in this place! And they are VERY expensive. When we finally got help, the guy took forever to give us a price. Didn't seem to know what he was doing, he had to call someone for help.

Darla at American Carpet and Tile went above and beyond with helping us pick out our vinyl plank flooring for our Park Model. We checked out a couple big lumber stores but definitely seen better quality here in our flooring. Galen laid this type of flooring in ND for many years in a furniture store and this flooring is top of the line. Thank you Darla for your great customer service and products.
