Altura does not care about you or your house once you have closed. Out microwave oven has not worked properly since we moved in on 8/30/26. We contacted Altura and they referred the issue to the vendor that supplied the microwave oven. Please research for your home’s builder to ensure you are safely protected from the nuisances, unprofessionalism, carelessness, unskilled labor of Altura Homes. We are currently still in dispute with Altura homes for their lack of final stabilizing our lot and neighboring lots. Caused silt to fill our swells and pool water during rains all the way up to our home. They were very rude, unkind, and unresponsive during the process. Build quality is poor, attention to detail and workmanship are mediocre at best. The vendors used as sub-contractors are rude, subpar, lack pride of workmanship. We have had multiple concerns with our HVAC system to the point we have hired our own contractor to remedy it due to the warranty contractor being unable to fix it. Literally every knob, handle and fixture screw in the home are loose. One
