We’ve had an amazing experience here every time. All of the appliances we’ve purchased work perfectly, the owner is extremely friendly, and his prices are always very fair. We had an amazing experience working with Alpha Star. The team was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. They were flexible and allowed us to change the pulls on the vanity we selected, which really helped us customize the final look.
When one of the vanities was damaged upon loading, they quickly replaced it with a brand new one without any hassle. T

I wish I could leave zero star review for this store. I had a very disappointing experience with Alpha Star in Dallas. I visited their store on Friday and selected a vanity that I really liked. The staff quoted me a price of $1,500, and based on that quote, I arranged to come back on Monday with a truck to pick it up.
