The vinyl flooring in my kitchen and the carpeting in my living room are fantastic. It’s almost as if I have a new house. Rick was able to answer my questions, and explain any concerns, which made the whole two days much more comfortable. I highly recommend their services.

It was our first time to have our carpet replaced for 3 rooms and Rick was very helpful and tried to work with us how to get the kind of carpet and cushion we wanted at a price we can afford but not compromising the quality. This wasn’t an easy project. Out of four rooms, two had flooring patterns running in the wrong direction, so the old floors had to be removed and reinstalled. To our surprise, our builder had used cheap Styrofoam underlayment, while Allen used premium 3M moisture barrier. I had Allen Floors do my master bedroom 5 years ago. Needed master closet down & they found my previous invoice & were able find the same flooring. Did the work the next day & were finished in two hrs. I had major water damage in closet. So glad the have a matching wood floor. Beautiful & fresh clean appearance.

We had new carpet installed by Allen Floors and were very happy with the entire process. They had reasonable pricing, a great product line, and were very patient answering all of my questions.
