I've been buying martial there since the early 1980s. Ihave never had sn issue with any order. The sales reps are very courteous and very knowledgeable about their lumber products and a special area of all types of unique variety of hardware products for the different cabinets I make.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me. Vincent was rude when I entered and asked him a question. Never again will I come here.

Product and knowledge are excellent. Communications and customer service needs help. Need to make an appointment to see their door/decorative hardware people. Almost impossible to get in contact with that office and they rarely return messages. Finally was able to meet and make an order. We were told it would be 10-14 days. After four weeks we tried to contact the rep that made our order via
