Used this company about 10 years ago and was very pleased so I didn't hesitate to hire them again to replace the flooring in my entire house with laminate. Unfortunately, my recent experience was nothing like before.
I paid extra for the "dust-free" removal. While the tear-out itself produced minimal dust, the installation did not. Dust ended up in every nook and cranny of my home. In hindsigh

I'm highly disappointed with this installation; the grout lines are 1/16, 1/8, 3/16, and 1/4 inches uneven cuts everywhere. See pictures. I wish I had paid more and gotten true installers for the job. I do not recommend this business at all.

We decided to finish the second floor of our home using the same wood that we purchased it with. We found it at multiple locations, but Tonya had the best price by far. She was super nice to work with, keeping us updated as the wood became available for us to pick up. I'd use here again in an instant, and recommend her to anyone looking for a good deal on your next flooring experience.

They did a great job laying the carpet in our entire house (4 bedrooms, game room, 4 closets, & stairs - all in one day. They vacuumed afterwards to make it look great!

Recently had our wood floors installed, everything turned out as expected. We chose the European oak floor and that appears to be the most popular style at the moment.
Installers were great. This is our third house with this company. We will continue to use them.
