I had water damage due to an AC leak. Jim was very responsive, honest, and thorough in his explanations and in the job itself. He definitely alleviated my fears of the process. So when I had water damage from Hurricane Beryl, my friend had recommended another company to try. But after that initial call, I had to call Jim again. And I was ever grateful I did. Jim did a great job with the mold remediation process in my home. He communicated and explained his set-up very thoroughly.
