Had Alexander’s come out back in August of 2025. The ladies in the office helped us find the flooring color we wanted. My husband also wanted a unique carpet for our theater room and OMG THEY DELIVERED. They had BINDERS of options. We were having windows installed around the same time and they were very accommodating with scheduling (the flooring and carpet arrived quick!) There was a slight issue

I had my primary bedroom recarpeted recently and am beyond pleased with the quality of the carpet and installation. Having compared products from other companies prior to getting quotes, I was very impressed with the variety of flooring Alexanders had in their showroom.

Great experience start to finish. Needed to re-carpet areas due to water leak. Arthur took measurements and provided reasonable estimate. The master bathroom redesign started with David and I about 4 months before hurricane Harvey destroyed my condo in Port Aransas. Since then, I've worked primarily with David, but also the rest of the crew at Alexanders to restore flooring, counters, sinks and that original bathroom project. The results are magnificent. We just got done using Alexander’s for the purchase and install of new flooring in our home. They were by far the best price and the install crew was the best! The office staff was easy to work with and were very professional. We will use them again for other projects on our home and will be referring them out to our friends!
