Decided to give them a shot at doing our annual maintenance on our 3 systems that were installed in 2022 since they were our local Lennox dealer. They were only able to fully inspect 2 of the 3 systems as 1 of our thermostats was glitching and they could not access the menu. We have it set on a schedule so we hardly ever have to touch it. Logan saved the day! After our AC totally stopped working, he quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very explanatory, took pictures and appeared to be meticulous as he replaced the blower motor, re-insulated the air handler cabinet and replaced the belly band - for a reasonable amount.
