Best dental experience I've ever had! I've always had issues with pain relief at the dentists office. Any procedure required multiple shots of pain relief and I still felt the process. This time? Two shots and I was shocked when he said he had removed all 6 bad teeth. I didn't feel a twinge at all. I now have beautiful dentures, no more tooth aches, and when I can afford it? I really appreciate the way they treat the patient. They are very polite especially the lady who works at the counter when you sign in. Clara is very helpful and they always smile when you talk to them. Dr. Troy Simmons is a delightful to be your Dental provider. I highly recommend them. I have had a very good experience with all my dental work done here. Dr. Simmons is very professional, and MyKayla is definitely the best! She was so patient and kind answering all my excessive questions. I did get the impression that some other people on staff had short patience with me and seeing me so regularly while trying to get the fit right.

The first paragraph was my initial experience. The office staff not answering phones, returning multiple messages both left and texted to them, has led to my going elsewhere. I loved the dentist but I have lost my confidence in being able to get in in a timely manner of Theresa y type of problem.
