Do not hire this contractor- Rod. He's a scam artist. I paid him advance to do a job at my house which was being sold, however the buyer of the house vehemently refused to let me have the work done by Rod after he saw the BBB ratings. Nope!!!! We signed the contact. He did not come through. Didn’t even provide us with a copy of the contract. Originally said all three projects we were quoted could be finished in one week. The most friendly people, honest hard-working team of professionals. I always tell everyone about my how beautiful my new bathrooms, updated kitchen and my cedar patio were all done in a timely manner and not to mention affordable i recommend them to anyone that wants there projects done right the first time. Did an awning on the back of our house left it uncovered it rained and a cleaning company had to come in and suck out over 1200 gallons of water out of my house sheet rock had to be replaced and insulation they told they would cover the cost of clean up and 7000 dollars later of clean up and have not paid us back for it.
