Be very careful to read the small print in the leasing contract. While “no deposit” may sound like a benefit, it will come back to you at the move-out.

Be careful renting here, they do not care about anything but to take your month and slap hidden fees in your rent over the months. Front office is a complete joke, not to mention the gates are always broken and half the time they don’t even open so residents can’t leave nor get in. Courtesy officer? We’ve lived here for 3 years and have had so many memories here. It feels like home and is bittersweet to be leaving. Thank you for making a safe place, thanks to the maintenance team for always being helpful and saying hi whenever we pass by, and thanks to the office staff for always being kind and friendly. I'm genuinely pleased with my experience at these apartments so far. We have only lived here for a little over a month and it's been really good. The location is great, the apartments are very clean and well maintained by the property staff, the amenities are great, and the property staff is helpful and friendly. I do not recommend living here.
To begin with, they will tell you they have a surety bond system with Jetty, which they will tell you, will cover your move-out charges up to $1000. This is just $200-300 you will pay in addition to the application fee and administrative fee (another $200+) and will not cover ANYTHING. This complex is honestly one of the best priced for the amenities and qualities of the apartments in the area. The price is very reasonable!! The high ceilings and look of the apartments are very nice with reasonable wear and tear from previous residents. This apartment complex is a fantastic place to live! The units are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any concerns. Ana in the front was so helpful! She was really focused on answering all of my questions and concerns. Even when I felt like I had to many lol She was absolutely amazing! Thank you again Ana!
