I asked for a carpet cleaner who could get out VERY dirty traffic area along with their cleaning people to clean the windows, etc. The kid who showed up didn't pretreat the traffic area at all. After he was done it barely looked like it had been cleaned and once it dried it looked worse. The cleaners for the windows just never showed up at all.
