Sign clearly states that they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:45 to pick up an online order & the staff had already locked the door. I knocked kn the window & they were in the store cleaning/probably closing down their registers & completely ignored me. 3 different employees saw me standing outside of the door. Extremely disrespectful & unprofessional.

I had a great experience at the Adidas store. I found matching sneakers for my daughter and me, which was really fun and special. They had a good variety of sizes and styles available, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The store was well organized, making it easy to browse and find what we needed. Nice store, horrible management. I purchased shoes that showed defects after second day and managers there basically said go screw yourself, shoes are not new, we won’t take it back.

came in looking for Sambas and they had the OG and Black for me and my girlfriend. One of the employees helped me grab some shoes off the top rack. Quick and easy

Very poor customer service. I went there on 03/12/2025 and a white lady was on cashier. When me and my husband asked for military discount. She asked my husband if it was American military. We have never been asked such questions. Most of the store will ask for military id for verification. I felt like she was being racist because we are Asian. I am so disappointed by her comment.

Pathetic experience. They did not even bother about customer experience, they did not return my product even if it is in 30 days window, it was 7th day that I was trying to return. Malak was not at all helpful, he was not listening to the customer, store manager even did not talk to me about return and asked me to call customer care.
