Trace came out to look at what house needed to level and make repairs on beam. He was very insightful with repairs and even suggestions with my daughter’s house. They made all repairs and leveled the house and made it very solid. They worked quickly and even added a beam to solidify structure. They replaced a 4x8 beam with a 4x6. That wall of the house is not supported by 2” and is now causing interior damage. Called countless times and got nowhere, finally after a month they came out and “fixed it”. Absolutely terrible work. I recommend anyone else.

The concrete that they poured for my garage has humps all in it! It is not level at all! Transit grade shows almost two inches lower in some areas! They came out to "fix it" twice but it is still unsatisfactory! Kevin has been calling me threatening me for withholding last payment while I get quotes from other companies to really fix the problem.
