I recently visited the Ace Hardware location at 1105 S Sixth St in Irving, TX 75060. This was my second time shopping at this location, as I typically shop at Home Depot. However, I wanted to support Ace Hardware, believing it would offer a more personalized shopping experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong.
I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a shop vac. I found a Craftsman model

I went to this store to get a car key cut, but the employee was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. He claimed they do not cut outside keys, which did not make sense and felt like an excuse. The service was disappointing and came across as lazy and dismissive. I recommend staying away from this location for key cutting services.

When I need extra keys, this is my GO TO place! They ALWAYS get it right. I gave it 4🌟s because the prices are ridiculously HIGH, they weren't labeled, and the attendant didn't tell me the prices either. Other than that they work PERFECTLY

Yeah, it was good and everything.But they just didn't have the part that I needed at the time.So I they said they could get it , but I just didn't want to wait so I kind of needed it now , but you know , there's a great store

Do not shop here. They cannot tell the difference of their products or someone else's. They would not return bolts. Tiff and Aaron.
