So glad to have ACE HARDWARE restocked and ready and prepared for shopping. The employees are so helpful - they are ready to lift, seek, find…. Hardworking. The store was restocked and under new management and it is terrific! June 27, 1025 GRAND REOPENING.

Won a $1200 new ninja grill at this years 2025 Christmas Party that was purchased at this location and the owner refused to exchange for other items in the store. The grill is undamaged and in new condition.
Where is the helpful hardware person? Apparently not at the College Station location. What kind of return policy is this? Better off going to Home Depot or Lowe’s apparently. Our company will

Shopper's beware! I used to love coming to this store when it was under the old owners. The new owner's have brought some new life to the place....HOWEVER! They WILL NOT honor an advertised price that is on the shelf, and the owner has no sense of customer service. If it's not "black and white" on his computer screen, then he would just assume see you burn in hell before sell you something for

I purchased a grill on 10/22/25 for $599. Today, less than two weeks later, I noticed the exact same model listed in your ACE app for $549. I returned to the store to request a price adjustment — a reasonable ask given the short time frame — but was told that your policy only honors price changes within two days.

I have spent a couple grand here. The selection is good, so is inventory. I like how ace does the coupon promotions. But I won’t be spending another dime here.
A couple weeks ago the owner called me “spoiled” while I was checking out trying to imply I either used too many coupons; or who knows why like I was born from a silver spoon or something.
The way he said it seemed to have a negative conn

Love this company! The owner was extremely nice when I shopped and offered help immediately as I walked in. This is now my go to spot for anything home improvement!!

This Ace Hardware Store is the best one I've ever been to. The store manager, Kat, was the most helpful person in the ENTIRE local area and she helped me find bolts that would work for me.
