Nick came out and was awesome! Personality was awesome! Came 10 minutes early, which was unexpected awesomeness. His work ethic, knowledge and speed of accurately completing tasks was great! So glad I called. Had the dryer duct fixed, replaced, reconfigured and also some bad fencing replaced/repaired. He even fixed the shelf above the dryer without me asking. Ace Handyman Services sent out Micheal to repair our older style drawers in the kitchen. At first it seemed like it would be a simple project, but it wasn’t. However, Micheal’s patience and communication through the entire process made everything great. He even gave me a few pointers on smaller projects I will handle by myself.

Andrew Acuna was very professional and knowledgeable he explained everything before starting. Made sure that where he was marking was the position we needed. I asked him about the double curtain rails I was having trouble fitting he said he would stay on until they were up I’m only 4’11” he made it look so easy and cleaned up everything. Polite and did the requested work. Seemed expensive for the work done. I didn’t ask for an estimate or bid for the work request and I should have. I have replaced isolated detectors in the past so I know the work required. Purchase and replace 10 CO/Smoke detectors. 2.5 hours work plus detectors $40-50/each Work invoice over $1,500. Very pricey!

Nick Dean installed two ceiling fans that were not an easy install. He was very respectful of our home and time. Very meticulous and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Cleaned up and boxed up all the old parts. Will definitely use him again.

Did a very professional job, mostly exterior paint, at a resonable price. Painting prep work was excellent, and included some repairs requiring making metal caps for a number of large exterior decorative beams that had deteriorated. Very good communication coordination, promptness. Will pass on recommendations to friends and neighbors.
