I give them 1 star because thats the only way to leave a review. The demoded our kitchen and then Rick and his Wife took that draw and took a luxury vacation. They left us 6 months with plastic up where the demolished the kitchen we had to buy a hotplate ice maker to be able to eat and drink. Then they needed another draw and we still saw nothing done. We had a house fire and contacted Rick Landers to do a complete home remodel and restoration. He estimated 6 months to get the job done and was right on schedule. Rick and his team are the best customer service team I have ever seen. Would not show back up to fix issues after installation. Ordered too little material and when it showed up they did not.. for weeks. Got tired of waiting and installed the few pieces. There were problems like sheets they'd dented etc. and the supervisor showed up to assess but no one returned to fix issues then they still wanted to bill for remaining installation they didnt complete.
