Semi delivering shingles to a neighbor's house. While unloading the truck, the driver backed the forklift onto my grass and "chewed" up a round section with the rear tire of the forklift. When I confronted him about it, he said "its tight in here".
After calling ABC in McKinney to complain, I ultimately got a call from ABC in Denton, but got the impression they weren't really concerned about fix

We live in a hard to find rural area, with a long tight driveway with lots of farm animals. The delivery of roofing materials was professionally completed with all pre delivery contact and gate instructions. Load was placed as instructed and all materials present.

Quick and easy in and out service. Lady at the counter was polite and kind. Dock guy loaded my truck for me.

If I have a choice of which supply house to go to. I will drive to Denton.
