I highly recommend AAA Guardian for any foundation repair. Steve did a very thorough inspection and gave me a fair estimate. The crew arrived on time (8:15am) and worked tirelessly till the entire house was level. Great communication between the inspector, the work team, and the office. 10’’ x 130’ sidewalk dropped 1 1/2” below brick, AAA did a fantastic job raising it with polyurethane foam and regrouting the mortor on brick and rock!!!

Friendly, professional and hard working. The 7 man crew arrived promptly on time and worked a full day each time they were there. In 2 days they jacked the exterior of my newly purchased (1900SF) home in 12 locations and reinstalled 7 new piers couple with re-shimming existing ones. What a pleasant company to deal with. Lana in the office is nice. Steve was very thorough and checked on my property multiple times. I don’t live in the area and underneath my house was wet. We needed to make sure it was dry before it could be leveled.

AAA did an excellent job leveling our peer and beam home and replacing rotted wood. This was NOT an easy job, but the team did an amazing job in the time frame they promised. I would highly recommend!

The crew arrived on time, got right to work and they worked super hard (the ground was very hard and it was a very hot day). All the room floors were test leveled at the beginning of the job (our doors were hard to close). After they completed the work they retested the level of the floors (now our doors closed easily). The crew was professional and cleaned everything up after they were finished.
