Zee and his sub contractors did an excellent job in constructing and finishing a 24x48 detached garage. The project was completed expeditiously. Zee is a true professional and communicates regularly. His subs were respectful and extremely clean during the project. I highly recommend Zee for his services.

Zee was a great help from beginning to end of project. Made several visits during the process. Helpful with changes and uncertainties in choosing materials. Always go over if there was a cost change. Comfortable with guys doing work. Will definitely use them with future projects.

Zee Perez at A2Z Renovations was recommended to my by my cement guy when I needed someone to convert my shed out back into a little house for my elderly parents. I can honestly say that calling him is one of the best decisions my husband and I ever made. Zee responded promptly, took great care in listening to what we wanted, and suggested little changes that turned out to be fantastic improvement

Zee and the team did a great job last year replacing exterior trim and painting the entire exterior. This year, they repaired shingle damage and roof stains, refinished kitchen cabinets and used Miracle Method to refinish our kitchen counters. Great with many small jobs like grouting, tile replacement and plumbing. We highly recommend them and will use them for future home renovations and repai

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I’ll give you some background so you can understand the sincerity of my review. I am a new real estate investor based in the Houston area. I started this Waco project with a different contractor in 2022 that left me in a devastating position. His workers wouldn’t show up, the work was poor quality, I was fined $200 by the city for trash they left outside,
