If I could give this business a zero, I would do so. I secured services for a fence installation through Lowe’s Home Improvement in Midland Texas. Lowe’s contracted the work out to A2Z. A2Z sent out an incompetent installer who could barely speak English. Due to his incompetent craftsmanship, the fence looked as if it was 4-5 years old within days after the installation. Window installs through Lowes. Several issues, the first scheduled install was cancelled, due to missing parts. I found out after the installers did not show up and I called Lowes. On the second scheduled install, one of the windows was wrong. Finally a third appointment had to be mad to complete the work. This company is worthless!! They CANNOT install french doors!!! Such a waste of our time with these contractors. Never again!! Poor customer service, lack of communication in the El Paso area. I really don't want to waste anymore time on this company but would like to share my experience with the El paso A2Z for my lowes French door installation to hopefully save anyone for the wasted time them no call no shows to installation after the first attempt that was totally horrible the door was not square and had a huge gap they broke my lock left my home for hours with the door taken out. I was inteoduced to this company through Lowe’s. They are terrible! Not only did they install windows that did not fit, they tried to cover up their mistake by installing 3/4 rounds that were unfinished. These ofcourse popped off during the heavy summer rains and our homes walls got water damage due to the improper seal. They also failed to get a city inspection done after the window installation.

I WAS REFERRED BY LOWES TO POSSIBLY START SOME KITCHEN CABINETS. I WAS CALLED FOR AN APPOINTMENT 3 TIMES AND ALL 3 TIMES NOONE SHOWED UP AND I WAS TOLD ALL 3 TIMES THE GUY HAD "ISSUES" SO HE COULDNT GET BACK TO ME. I unserstand ONCE but 3 times? This so called Professional Remodeling company (A2Z) hires individuals who do not have the expertise for WINDOW installation. The kicker is that Lowe's Home Improvement contracted them out to do a very expensive hack job! Shame on El Paso for allowing this company to continue to do sub-par work at premium prices!
