I called A-Plus Vacuum to see if they worked on Kenmore products. Gary, the owner, said that they did not, however, I could bring the vacuum in because often the "fix" is relatively easy. So, I brought the machine in, and sure enough it was an easy fix.
It really is great to meet an honest and competent business that doesn't want to take advantage of the customer. I highly recommend A-Plus Vacuum

My husband and i went here today looking for a vacuum. I will absolutely go back anytime i need a vacuum. The owner was honest and completely helpful. I wanted the top of the line best vacuum. He could have absolutely sold me the most expensive one in the store . I really wanted the best and what he sold me i do believe is the best . But it wasnt the most expensive one he had . Excellent customer service! I have been looking for a new vacuum and decided I was tired of the usual store bought ones that have constant problems and are cheap. The male (I forgot his name) was amazing and showing what they have, explaining and being honest about the products. The female (also forgot her name, I’m sorry) was awesome as well. I have done business with this family owned business for almost 20 years. Excellent customer service! Resourceful, if they do not have it, they will figure out a way to solve issue!
I enjoy shopping there to get my vacuum chemicals, smell goods, carpet cleaner, servicing my vacuum cleaners and renting carpet shampooer.

My vacuum is like new! I'm so glad I didn't simply toss this vacuum and buy a new one. The friendly folks at A-Plus replaced the filters, unclogged the hoses and parts, and cleaned up the exterior. My revived vacuum was ready the next morning and now works great. Thank you!

Honestly the worst customer service my wife and I have ever received. Very confrontational and seemed to be burdened by doing their job. I wish zero stars was an option. After several negative interactions with A-Plus we started using Denison Vacuum and Janitorial. Very friendly and actually appreciate their customers.

They are fast, friendly and amazing customer service!!!! Prices are very reasonable!!! Our vacuum was cleaned and freshened inside and out … and works better than it did new!!!
