From the start, I was treated as a neighbor, not just a customer. When the service techs arrived on location, they were friendly knowledgeable and professional. Service was excellent. I called on a Friday afternoon and Thomas had a crew out within an hour and a half. Diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor.
