Excellent apartment facilities, the lakes are a cherry on the cake. Very clean and well maintained society.
The management staff is really amazing- Venessa and Jennifer were a great help during the whole move in process. We even had an issue after the office hours and Venessa went beyond and made sure it was fixed. I’m glad we made the decision to pick this place over the others in this area.

DO NOT live at these apartment if you work from home. They have chosen to save money at the cost of their residents by entering into a MANDATORY internet service with a company that has been reported to the better business bureau numerous times for poor and even predatory practice. You will be constantly left with little to no internet service and no information about when it might be back. Some

I have been here for a little less than a year now and I can't wait to leave this place. I had issues from the very first day I stepped foot in the 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The whole time I had to deal with insects coming in. I am not a picky person and having big spiders and lizards coming under the door daily was ridiculous. They were not helpful at all. Kept putting a bandaid on

9th Ave is the safe and secured place to live. We send a mail and the maintenance person will be in our home at the earliest possible. They resolve the issues faster with no questions asked, except for sometimes due to the high demand and we completely understand it. Overall it is so good staying here. Thank you for serving us with all your heart and dedication!!

I’ve lived here for 2 years and about to move out because I’m moving to another city but this has been the best management of any of the other 3 apt complexes I’ve lived in. Maintenance is a little slow, but they always get it taken care of and done well. The unit was nice and everything works well. Love the walking path outside too! The gym is very small but good enough and always very clean. I d
