I went to look at some carpet for a home project. Kevin helped me over the phone and with text to find what I wanted. Then I met another wonderful employee named Angie . So helpful in finding what I needed. I love the idea they have sales ,great price and wonderful help .

Probably the absolute best place to buy flooring, or anything floor or bath related. They were super friendly and greeted you with an actual smile and welcome as you walked through their doors. The lady at the front Desk, Angie, personally helped me throughout the entire shopping/ purchasing process. I ordered from out of state (I am in Washington) and the process was fairly smooth. Kevin was so helpful and responsive as I had to order twice due to a contractor mistake & he got the order in and shipped quickly. Only thing I questioned was their online payment system seemed pretty outdated - using a document and inputting very sensitive data (credit card) but hoping they have processes in place

Kevin Ortiz has been so great to work with! I am wanting to replace the carpeting in my office room with engineered wood to match the rest of my main floor. The original flooring was installed five years ago and is now discontinued. This was the only place I was able to find the flooring. I live in Minnesota. Kevin has been so helpful getting this ordered for me and shipping it to Minnesota!

Great customer service and great price. We drove from Dallas to pick it up. It was raining. They wrapped our product very well with plastic that is very thoughtful. Quick and very careful loading. We don’t have to wait. Highly recommend.

When we renovated our house we looked at lots of local stores, came here and we were helped above and beyond what was expected. They have great prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Can't expect great service everywhere you go if that's the case you are the problem not the business but I have nothing but good things to say about this place.

Something went down hill and fast. I have bought carpet for some 15 rental properties / flips. First person on the phone couldn't help but fumble over themselves for 3 minutes, then I was transferred to someone else which didn't help. The organization now apparently doesn't want to sell carpet, lacks any semblance of customer service, feels they are a gift to you and you should be so appreciative
