Went in store to inquire about inside doors for our new build house. Only got to speak to the front desk guy, nobody with door knowledge. He took some specs on a form. (felt like I was placing a to go order at fast food joint]. Never was offered a catalog to look thru or anything. I live out of town an hour, I call ahead and place my order. I leave immediately, I get to the door at 4:59 pm, the gate is closed.
I yell to the attendant shutting the gate: “sir, please wait, I can see my order right there! I live out of town!”
The attendant states: “come back tomorrow, if you cannot sorry about your luck”
I will be shopping somewhere else. Very disappointed as I want to supp

For truckload deliveries there is not a lot of space to park overnight but there is a truck stop near. They unload my driver before 830 am.

They messed up 3 orders in a row, delayed orders for multiple days, then gave us a totally wrong order on our final lumber package. They are unorganized, and most of the college kids don’t know the difference from a stud and a stick of plate… and then they just act like it’s no big deal when you’re packages are messed up and you don’t have your lumber. Absolutely trash distributor.

I used to shop here until I started delivering here more and see they don't care about our electronic logs as a truck driver. It doesn't matter if your the first, 7th or last truck your going to wait a couple hours if not more. Doesn't matter if it's a full load or one bundle. Prepare to sit if you deliver here.

Ordered a front door with transom and French doors. They gave us a few catalogs to look through and order from. We picked our front door and gave them the catalog number. The door came in and it was nothing like what we ordered. Not even close. To get it fixed we just asked for our clear glass to be changed to frosted glass. Terrible quality wood product. Fifteen percent of the 2x4s were trash and unusable for framing project, another forty-five percent were so warped and twisted my framing job became much more difficult to complete. Ordered a single 2x6 and had to replace that too. Delivery driver showed up missing items, had to contact customer service to find out that they did not have what I ordered in stock. Rath

Worse customer service!! I have a project I was calling for pricing and for your days they were always too busy to help but “we will call you back”. No phone call back. The third and fourth day I asked to speak with the manager. Sorry he is not here.
