Always my go to for plumbing issues. Late last night our water heater decided to give it up ( 11 years old). First thing this morning I called 5J and 3 hours after I called I had folks here to replace the water heater. They got right on the job and kept me well informed of their progress. Working up in the attic and draining the old water heater in freezing conditions was very time consuming, but

Prompt, excellent service all around. I called first thing in the morning and the job was finished by 11:30am. No phone answering bot, text and email communication was streamline and performed the job quickly for less than I paid for the same thing 2 years ago. I’ve found my new go-to plumbing service!

$450 to snake a drain and remove a blockage, he didn't run a camera to identify any problems even though he talked about it, the drain is still backing up. He told me the problem was under the house, after hiring another plumber fix the blockage, that plumber showed me that the problem is the sewer line to the septic tank, not under the house.
