I’ve worked with 5 Star HVAC on two occasions, and I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
The first time was in November 2024. They diagnosed my unit and recommended a full evaporator coil replacement. I paid approximately $3,200 for the job. In hindsight, I wish I had gotten a second opinion. That part is on me.

The HVAC tech did a great job with the maintenance check up and provided a thorough review of all work completed. He also pointed out some issues with the AC that I didn’t know about and will further investigate in the spring. Price is great too, for 2 check ups per year, including filter changes. 5 Star HVAC Contractors did an excellent job installing our new HVAC system and ductwork. We had 5 different contractors out to give us bids. 5 Star was competitively priced compared to the others but also offered us a labour warranty that the others were going to charge extra for. Additionally, the financing option they gave us was second to none.
