Over the past 5 years, customer service has become a joke. However, when I get great customer service, which is rare, I have to give props. First, the website is super easy to navigate, prices are the actual prices, AND if there’s a better price, 4 wheel will point it out and give you the discounted price. Highly professional and knowledgeable group that absolutely love what they do. Breathed life into an old '99 4runner limited, feels like it's brand new! 3" lift, new tires and LED headlights all installed in the same day. Absolutely do not recommend Four Wheel Performance. We were assured our truck would be done by 6pm—because our son had a baseball game we needed to get to. My husband waited for over an hour before realizing it clearly wasn’t going to be finished. We were then told it would be ready by 8pm, so we come back at 9:45… still not done and they were taking it out for a road test. Currently 10:15 and aga

My suspension had a lot of creaking so I took it in to get a diagnostic done. They ended up replacing the upper and lower control arms in the front, which did in fact solve the problem (which is why I am writing two stars). In between replacing the upper and lower control arms I brought my vehicle home, only to realize they forgot to put the TRD skid plate back on. While they did apologize and get
