Steamatic was assigned by our insurance company to do mitigation work after water damage. From the start I was very impressed with the whole team. Respectful, responsive, willing to answer my questions, etc. Bonus points for having so many women on their crew - not common and great to see. They had to subcontract part of the work out to another company to handle asbestos removal, and that company

I called Steamatic because I had a mold issue in my AC Unit. Max Ramirez came to do a free inspection and, indeed, he found mold in some parts of the unit. I was amazed that he offered to fix the issue with no charges considering that they were minor.

I had a flood 2/5, and it he guys they sent to clean up the mess were professional and knowledgeable. They told me about the after clean up service Steamatic offers, and Maria, Wendy and Raul were Great too.

This service is very expensive! I thought I was thorough in discussing rates upfront. I was shocked to see $1200 bill. I should have rented the blowers from Home Depot for $60 each.
