We had a horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend going with this company at all. Their goal was to get your signature and lock you in to a contract. What was agreed in verbal agreement was never put in writing nor addressed to when this issue was brought up. The issues were just ignored. Horrible company to deal with. Sam and his team were paid in full up front and almost 6 months down the road and the project still has not been complete. Once they "finished", I inspected the work and noticed a lot of discrepencies. I notified them of it and they have yet to fix it all and keep getting the run around.
