Edit: talked to the new ownership that now has the name. Alan was helpful in explaining the situation. I think they’ll treat you well. I’d avoid the other company Tyler Word started “Hey There Heating and Air”, he has has been going after the new owners client list. The old owner Tyler is very dishonest. Feel bad for the new owners having to deal with his problems.

Tyler Word of 1st Response AC & Heating, Inc. should get a raise. I called for a repair after work around 5:30pm in the afternoon and 1st Response was able to see me the very same day. 1st Response is easy to work with and very responsive! Tyler helped me fix one of my heating issues over the phone free of charge. For the other, he came out the same day and replaced a part in my air handler in less than an hour. He also gave great recommendations for improvements to extend the life of my systems.
