The staff and contractors were professional with easy communication with all. They were very attentive to our needs and concerns. Quality of work was outstanding. The value was exceptional. We are very pleased with the finished product.

I hired Luke at 1st Rate Remodeling for a full duplex remodel and I’m glad I went with him. It was a pretty big project (bathrooms, kitchens, additions, windows, even foundation work), and he kept everything moving and organized the whole time.
He communicated well and stayed on top of the details, which made a big difference. The crew did solid work and the turnaround was faster than I expected.

Thank you 1st rate for the excellent service and great job on remodeling my deck! They used treated lumber to replace the rotting wood. Also included was a new roof with seamless gutters at a fair price. Luke and his team were very professional and prompt!

We were ready to refresh our kitchen and wanted something with a bit of design flair but at a good price. A neighbor referred us to 1st Rate and they ended up giving us the most reasonable bid for the kitchen we envisioned. They initially said they could start in 3 weeks and that it would take 2 weeks to complete. However, due to rain and an issue with materials there was a week's delay.

Loving our primary bathroom update! The shower was expanded to give us more space. Installed new tile flooring, and adding modern fixtures and plumbing. The old built-in tub was replaced with a more ascetic free-standing tub for a open and airy feel. Luke and Sammy had some ideas on how to update our bathroom without blowing our budget. I had a few ideas from pinterest and friends and they helped

Considering this was our first remodel of such large scale, we had extremely positive overall experience with 1st Rate Construction. Luke and the team were diligent, friendly, and punctual. They were open to work with our designs, provided knowledgeable advice and support, and were respectful of our budget. We'll gladly work with them on our future remodeling projects.
