I am writing this review after owning a home with piers installed by 1st Choice Foundation. The repair was completed in November 2015 (yes). When they finished the job, they told me no settling should happen. And 11 years later, the house is still rock solid. Nothing has changed over those years. 1st Choice Foundation has been who we call when needing piers. This past year about 15-20 steel piers were put in. Junior and his team completed the work quickly and a job well done. Clean up like they were never there. Highly recommend calling John for a free estimates. He knows his stuff and explains it well.
